Activation Process

The Magic Motorsport FLEX ships unactivated (Master Version). To activate:

1. Create an online account here.
2. Receive a serial number upon account creation.
3. Provide the serial number to the supplier for software activation.
4. Activation is processed via the MMS HelpDesk here. Note: Software cannot be activated until the account is active.

Helpdesk Support

The MMS HelpDesk operates on a coin-based system:

• RED Coins: Prepaid funds with monetary value, purchasable via your Helpdesk account. Convertible to GREEN coins if needed.
• GREEN Coins: Exclusive to Magic Motorsport FLEX and X17 MASTER users, with 300 coins granted monthly for specific services. Non-cumulative, resetting to 300 each month.
